Electricity, gas, water, heating, and final cleaning are all included, as well as satellite TV (mainly German channels), internet TV (multi-language), washing machine, dryer, and a private (uncovered) parking space. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are also included in the rental price.
